Staff and Key Volunteers Nathan Fisk, Executive Director Nathan Fisk, owner of Fisk Media (a business consulting firm) was hired in June, 2007 as an Interim Executive Director; Fisk Media was subsequently contracted in a longer term capacity starting in October, 2007 through the end of February, 2009. Responsibilities include leveraging the organization’s current resources to increase revenue, create brand recognition, and amplify market penetration with a strong emphasis in applying practical economic and proven business strategies to aggressively solve problems unique to a political organization. Nathan Fisk currently handles day to day operations in conjunction with the Party officers, Kaye, and the other elements of the management team. Kaye K., Project Coordinator Kaye K. has worked extensively in senior level positions with mid to large organizations and is responsible for overseeing many of the daily orgnizational functions within the El Paso County Republican Party. In addition to overseeing staff and volunteers as she coordinates communication between the Administrative, Membership, Funding, and Marketing teams to ensure they are all working to their maximum effectiveness.
