PURPOSE: 
1. To nominate and select Republican candidates to be placed on the
     August 12, 2008 Primary Election ballot
2. To designate a Vacancy Committee
3. To conduct any other business that may properly come before the Assembly

ALLOCATION OF DELEGATES: The counties of the 4th Congressional District shall have the following delegate allocation per State Party Rules and Bylaws:

No proxies shall be allowed or recognized in the assembly.  Any vacancy shall be filled by an alternate present, selected from the list of alternates in their numerical order, beginning with the first alternate.

 The quorum at any assembly shall consist of those delegates present.
